FBN Visits Gymnasium “Banja Luka”

On March 12, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Security Sciences, Prof. Dr. Predrag Ćeranić, and the Head of Student Services, Radoslav Ivaniš, visited the Gymnasium “Banja Luka” and spoke with Director Vita Malešević.

On this occasion, the Faculty donated three copies of the book “Digital Hygiene”, authored by Igor Ashmanov and Natalia Kaspersky, to the Gymnasium’s library.

In a cordial conversation, the Director introduced the guests to current events (7th Art Week) and the numerous successes of Banja Luka Gymnasium students at both the domestic and international levels. On this occasion, the promotion of the Security and Criminalistics study program to the school’s graduates was arranged.

The book “Digital Hygiene” is dedicated to cybersecurity: the activities of destructive groups, toxic content on networks, harassment and mistreatment (“bullying”), digital addiction, and other dangers in cyberspace.

The Gymnasium in Banja Luka is the oldest and one of the best high schools in Srpska. The Faculty management wishes to encourage the graduates of this school, who are recognized for their quality education, to apply for enrollment at the FBN.
