Working Visit to Moscow

As part of a multi-day visit to universities in the Russian Federation, a delegation from the University of Banja Luka, consisting of Prof. Dr. Goran Latinović – Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Development, and Prof. Dr. Predrag Ćeranić – Dean of the Faculty of Security Sciences, held working meetings at the Moscow Region State University (MGOU).

The discussions focused primarily on the joint second-cycle study program “Ecological Security.” The Russian side signed the Agreement specifying the commencement of classes for the 2022/23 academic year. The planned study program will last a total of four semesters, during which all students will spend one semester in Moscow and one in Banja Luka. For the remaining two semesters, students will attend classes at their home higher education institutions and write their final thesis.

Future activities will focus on verifying and implementing the provisions of the Agreement at the University of Banja Luka.
