Cooperation Agreement Signed Between the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka and the Northwest Institute (Branch) of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University
The Dean of the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Dr. Predrag Ćeranić, was on an official visit to Moscow from December 20 to December 24, 2025, where a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka and the Northwest Institute (Branch) of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
On this occasion, a meeting of representatives of the higher education institutions was held. Participating on behalf of the Northwest Institute (Branch) of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University were:

Maria Viktorovna Mazhorina, Vice-Rector for Strategic and International Development;

Tatyana Nikolaevna Utorova, Director of the Northwest Institute (Branch) of the University;

Anna Alexandrovna Draganova, Director of the Center for International Cooperation.
The Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka was represented by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Predrag Ćeranić.
The meeting participants first presented the institutions they represent and the key directions of educational and scientific-research work, with special reference to the profiles of study programs and activities in the field of international cooperation.
The continuation of the meeting discussed key directions for future cooperation, among which the academic mobility of students and teachers, joint scientific-research and publishing projects, and the organization of scientific conferences, seminars, and roundtables were highlighted. Special attention was also devoted to the development of joint study programs, as well as the planning of the first joint event, which would represent a concrete step in the practical implementation of the signed Cooperation Agreement.
The ceremonial signing of the Cooperation Agreement gave special importance to this meeting, creating solid foundations for long-term institutional cooperation and the further improvement of international academic relations.
