A Gesture of Gratitude to Senior Students for Enhancing Sports Sections

As a sign of gratitude for the trophies in the Faculty’s display cases and for enhancing the work of its sports sections, senior students of the Faculty of Security Sciences were gifted the jerseys they wore while competing during their studies.

The Dean of the Faculty of Security Sciences, Prof. Dr. Predrag Ćeranić, and Senior Assistant and Volleyball Section Coordinator, Milica Sikimić, presented gifts today at the Faculty premises to senior students Jelena Kovačević, Tina Udovčić, and Maja Blagić. In addition to their regular academic obligations, these young women actively participated in the Faculty’s volleyball section over the past four years. Defending the Faculty’s colors alongside their teammates, they won several honors, most notably the gold medal at the 2023 Student Sports Games, gold medals at the 2022 and 2023 “Policijada” (Police Sports Games), and bronze at the 2019 “Youth for Srpska” international volleyball tournament.

With the hope that they will be on the other side of the volleyball net as professionals at the next “Policijada,” the girls were gifted the jerseys they wore for the FBN team during previous years.

Previously, a jersey was presented for the same reason to Vukašin Vučinić, a member of our Faculty’s football section.
