FBN Signs Cooperation Agreement with the Academy for National Security

The Faculty of Security Sciences (FBN) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Academy for National Security in Belgrade.

The FBN delegation consisted of Prof. Dr. Predrag Ćeranić, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Saša Mićin. The Academy was represented by its Director, Prof. Dr. Dragan Simeunović, and the Academy Secretary, Danijela Nešić.

The agreement establishes cooperation in the fields of education and scientific research, which will be ensured through:

  • Promotion of institutional exchange, implying the mutual engagement of staff as lecturers at both the Academy and the Faculty;

  • Exchange of information on scientific and professional research of mutual interest and the creation of a joint platform for research topics;

  • Organization of and participation in joint scientific and professional gatherings (thematic forums, conferences, symposiums, meetings) on relevant topics;

  • Exchange of scientific and professional publications, textbooks, and manuals from their respective publishing activities;

  • Cooperation in the field of publishing activities;

  • Other forms of cooperation within the framework of mutual and general interests.

The FBN delegation was also received by Prof. Dr. Marko Parezanović, Head of Operations of the Security Intelligence Agency of Serbia (BIA).

The hosts toured the laboratories, classrooms, amphitheater, and sports grounds with the FBN representatives. The Academy’s premises are located within the BIA compound.
