Lecture by MA Zoran Glušac at the Faculty of Security Sciences
On October 31, 2025, MA Zoran Glušac held a lecture for third-year students of the Faculty of Security Sciences on the topic “Private and Public Security – Similarities and Differences.” The lecture was conducted within the framework of the course “Private and Corporate Security.”
MA Zoran Glušac is a former long-term employee of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska and the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), and currently holds the position of Security Manager in one of the companies operating in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the presentation, MA Glušac introduced the students to the organization and structure of the private security sector in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and drew a parallel between the duties, jurisdictions, and structures of public and private security.
At the end of the lecture, he shared his professional experiences from both sectors with the students, pointing out the challenges and opportunities entailed by working in the private security system compared to the public sector.
