Invitation for Applications for the Admission of Students to the Academic Year 2022-2023
Invitation for applications for the admission of students to the first year of the first, second and third cycle of studies in the academic year 2022-2023 at the University of Banja Luka was published.
The application procedure for the admission of candidates to the first year of the first study cycle at all members of the University of Banja Luka will open from 20 June and will close on 24 June 2022.
The entrance examination will take place on 27 June 2022, beginning at 9 o’clock. The entrance examination at the Faculty of Medicine will take place at 14 o’clock. The results of the exam will be released on 29 June 2022, by 14 o’clock. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 4 July 2022 and will close on 8 July 2022.
The entrance examination at the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka will take place from 27 June to 1 July, from 9 o’clock. The results of the exam will be released on 1 July 2022 by 16 o’clock, while the final rank-lists are to be released by 4 July 2022. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 5 July and will close on 8 July 2022.
The entrance examination at the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka will take place on 27 and 29 July 2022, beginning at 7 o’clock. The preliminary results for the enrolment in the Faculty of Security Sciences will be released on 30 June, by 14 o’clock, while the final rank-lists are to be released on 4 July of the current year. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 5 July and will close on 8 July 2022.
The second enrolment date
The second enrolment date will be organized by the Faculties/Academy of Arts which fail to enrol the planned number of students in the first round.
Candidates may apply for the admission to the second enrolment round from 29 August 2022, which closes on 2 September 2022. The entrance examination will take place on 5 September 2022, beginning at 9. Enrolment of the admitted candidates in the second round will open from 12 September 2022 and will last until 16 September 2022.
The entrance examination at the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka in the second enrolment round takes place from 5 to 9 September 2022, from 9 o’clock. The results of the exam will be released on 9 September 2022 by 14 o’clock, and the final rank-lists are to be released by 12 September 2022. Enrolment of the admitted candidates will open from 13 September and will close on 16 September 2022.
The entrance examination at the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka in the second enrolment round will take place on 5 September 2022, beginning at 7 o’clock.
Deadlines for applying – the second and the third cycle of studies
Invitation for applications for the admission of students to the second and third cycle of studies will open from 20 June 2022 and will close on 14 October 2022. Candidates should submit their applications by then.
Information on the ranking of candidates that have applied, the final rank-list and deadline for applying will be available by 21 October 2022 at the latest on the web pages of the Faculties/Academy of Arts.
Medical certificates
The candidate who is on the rank-list up to the respective number for enrolment is required to enclose a medical certificate issued by a registered health institution during enrolment (medical certificates are issued in the Medical Specialist Centre of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Banja Luka, Bulevar vojvode Petra Bojovića 1A, Banja Luka / IV pavilion of the Student Centre in the Student Campus, University Campus in Banja Luka /, telephone number: 051/ 301-324, working hours from 8 o’clock to 16 o’clock), which, in addition to the general health check-up, will include a psychological check-up.
Candidates applying for the admission to the Faculty of Security Sciences and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports must submit a medical (check-up) certificate when applying, whereas the other candidates are to submit their medical (check-up) certificates when enrolling.
