Dr. Sergey Kachanov Delivers Online Lecture to Students

Dr. Sergey Kachanov from the Serbian-Russian Humanitarian Center in Niš delivered an online lecture today to third-year students of the Faculty of Security Sciences on the topic “Protection of the Civilian Population in Emergency Situations.”

Through practical examples, students were introduced to the importance of security in emergency situations and the manner in which this field is treated in the Russian Federation.

The Serbian-Russian Humanitarian Center was established based on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on April 25, 2012.

The lecture was held as part of the classes for the course “Security in Emergency Situations” under the guidance of the course teacher, Assistant Professor Dr. Dragiša Jurišić.
