The students paid a study visit to the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies
Students of the final year of the study program Security and Criminalistics visited from 22 -27 December 2019 the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies in Belgrade.
Seventeen students and senior assistants, Predrag Popović, MSc and Gojko Šetka, Ph.D. attended the visit.
As part of the implemented activities, we highlight the tour and familiarization with the work of the Belgrade Police Department, the Border Police at the Nikola Tesla Airport, a visit to the Special Anti-Terrorism Unit, the Military Museum and Kalemegdan fortress, the National Criminal Justice Center.
Other activities include a meeting with representatives of the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies Student Parliament, a tour of Belgrade, St. Sava Temple, the National Museum, a tour of the Gardos Tower (Zemun).
In addition, the students visited the campus, the library, Dr. Archibald Rice’s memorial room, the school police station, the crime lab and other resources of the University.
The visit is the result of many years of cooperation between the two institutions and is realized every year for the students of the final year of study of the first cycle.
All activities were carried out with the guidance of dr Zoran Đurđević, Anđela Pavlović, and Vuk Kulić.
