Biography:
Milica Sikimić Ćorić, PhD, was born in 1991 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She completed elementary school and gymnasium in Gacko. She began her academic education at the College of Internal Affairs in Banja Luka, where she graduated in 2014. Subsequently, she completed master’s studies at two universities in the Republic of Serbia: the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad and the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies in Belgrade. She obtained her PhD in 2025 at Óbuda University in Budapest, Hungary. During her doctoral studies, she was a scholarship holder of the Hungarian Government’s Stipendium Hungaricum program. After graduating in 2014, she established an employment relationship with the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska. Since 2017, she has been employed at the Faculty of Security Sciences, University of Banja Luka, holding the titles of Teaching Assistant and Senior Teaching Assistant in the scientific field of Security Sciences. She is married and a mother of one child.
