Biography:
Born on August 6, 1985, in Banja Luka.
Education
Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka: Enrolled in the academic year 2004/2005 and graduated on January 20, 2009.
Postgraduate (Master’s) Studies: Enrolled in 2009 and completed on January 22, 2011, by defending the Master’s thesis titled “Public-Private Partnership in the Law of the Republic of Srpska and Perspectives for the Development of this Legal Institution” under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Mirjana Rađenović.
Doctoral Studies: Enrolled in 2012 at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and completed on July 5, 2016, by defending the doctoral dissertation (with distinction) titled “Administrative Contract and Areas of its Application” under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Marko Davinić and Prof. Dr. Stevan Lilić.
Work Experience
- 2009 – 2012: MKD Sinergija plus d.o.o. Banja Luka, Expert Associate for Legal Affairs.
- 2012 – 2014: University of Banja Luka, Expert Associate for Legal Affairs at the Rectorate of the University of Banja Luka.

- 2016 – 2022: Faculty of Forestry, University of Banja Luka, Secretary of the Faculty.
- 2022 – 2024: Faculty of Security Sciences, University of Banja Luka, Secretary of the Faculty.
- September 25, 2024 – Present: Elected to the title of Assistant Professor (Docent) in the specific scientific field of Administrative Law and Administration at the University of Banja Luka.
Professional Achievements and Projects
For his successful work, he was awarded the Plaque of the Faculty of Security Sciences, University of Banja Luka (March 2024) and the Charter for Special Merits and exceptional contribution to the development and reputation of the Faculty of Forestry (December 2024).
He currently serves as the Vice-Dean for Teaching and Student Affairs.
He has participated in several domestic and international projects, notably highlighting the Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Higher Education project “Soil Erosion and Torrential Flood Prevention: Curriculum Development at the Universities of Western Balkan Countries – SETOF” and participation in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program of the European Union at the University of Granada, Spain, in July 2019.
He has participated in numerous workshops, trainings, and scientific gatherings both in the country and abroad. To date, he has published 13 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, both domestically and abroad, in the fields of administrative and police law.
Personal Information: He is married, the father of one child, and lives and works in Banja Luka.
