Biography:

Born on August 6, 1985, in Banja Luka.

Education:

  • Undergraduate Studies: Enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka in the academic year 2004/2005, and graduated on January 20, 2009.

  • Master’s Studies: Enrolled in postgraduate studies in 2009 and completed them on January 22, 2011, by defending the master’s thesis titled “Public-Private Partnership in the Law of Republika Srpska and Development Perspectives of this Legal Institution” under the mentorship of Prof. Mirjana Rađenović, PhD.

  • Doctoral Studies: Enrolled in 2012 at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and completed them on July 5, 2016, by defending the doctoral dissertation (with distinction) titled “Administrative Contract and Areas of its Application” under the mentorship of Prof. Marko Davinić, PhD, and Prof. Stevan Lilić, PhD.

Work Experience:

  • 2022 – 2024: Faculty of Security Sciences, University of Banja Luka, Secretary of the Faculty.

  • September 25, 2024: Elected to the title of Assistant Professor in the scientific field of Administrative Law and Administration at the University of Banja Luka.

Awards and Projects: For his successful work, he was awarded the Plaque of the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka on March 8, 2024. He was also awarded the Charter for Special Merits and Exceptional Contribution to the development and reputation of the Faculty of Forestry on December 16, 2024.

He has participated in several domestic and international projects, most notably the Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Higher Education project: “Soil Erosion and Torrential Flood Prevention: Curriculum Development at the Universities of Western Balkan Countries – SETOF”, as well as the academic mobility program Erasmus+ programme of the European Union at the University of Granada, Spain (July 2019). He has participated in numerous workshops, trainings, and scientific conferences in the country and abroad.
